- The cash back form should be sent to the return address within 30 days of purchase.
- In order to be eligible for the cash back offer, the car insurance policy must still be in force 90 days after your policy start date.
- All appropriate payments due must have been received by Swinton.
- If the cash back cheque is sent and the policy cancelled within 12 months of inception Swinton will deduct £70 from any refund due.

- Upon purchasing, the policyholder will be sent an email containing an automated cash back redemption form via email (the email will be sent to the email address given in the quote process). This form needs to be printed, filled in and sent back to swinton.co.uk Cash Back Offer, Marketing Department, Swinton House, 6 Great Marlborough St. ,Manchester M1 5SW in order for a cheque to be sent and for you to receive your cash back. Please ensure you have entered your correct email address.
- A cheque in the name of the policyholder for the cash back amount will be sent to the address of the policyholder after 90 days of the policy start date.
