TenTel customers do not need to do anything and in the meantime, contracts will be transferred to fellow provider TalkTalk. Existing contracts are being honoured so customers don’t have to worry about differing prices or packages. All broadband, phone and TV services will carry on as normal.
Around 10,000 customers have been affected but TalkTalk has been quick to reassure them that nothing will change. Direct debits will still go through and any credit on accounts will also be transferred.
