What’s the big deal?

EE is offering a Reward Card worth £50 or £75 to new EE broadband customers who sign up to one of three special 18-month EE Unlimited Broadband, Unlimited Fibre Broadband and Fibre Plus deals.  

Available through Compare the Market, this offer is available to new EE broadband customers only.

Be aware that one of the offers includes a £10 set-up cost. Also, a new line set-up fee of £30 will apply to each of these offers if a new phone line needs to be installed in your home.

How does the offer work?

Within five working days after you make the first payment for your new Broadband package, EE will send you an email (and confirmation text message) with details on how to claim your EE Reward Card^ online.

You’ll have to claim your Reward Card within 28 days of purchase.

Your EE Reward Card^ will be sent in the post within a further 30 days, and must be activated within three months after that and used within a year of the issue date.

The three EE Broadband deals are:

  • Unlimited Broadband: £19 per month, for 18 months, then £31 per month thereafter – with a £10 set-up cost. Customers who switch to this deal can claim a £50 EE Reward Card^
  • Unlimited Fibre Broadband: £25 per month, for 18 months, £36 per month thereafter – no set-up cost. Customers who switch to this deal can claim a £75 EE Reward Card^
  • Unlimited Fibre Plus: £30 per month, for 18 months, £41 per month thereafter – no set-up cost. Customers who switch to this deal can claim a £75 EE Reward Card^
  • A £30 charge will apply to each of these offers if you need a new phone line.

What are Fibre and Fibre Plus Broadband?

Essentially, they’re broadband signals that travel to your home through a fibre-optic cable, instead of a copper one. Most commonly, the signals are delivered through a fibre cable to the nearest green cabinet on your street, then through non-fibre wires to your home.
