Go Skippy car insurance offers comprehensive, third party fire and theft and third party cover. Here are the differences:
Comprehensive cover will give you protection even if you have an accident that’s your fault. You’ll be covered for loss or damage to your own car and to someone else’s. You could also benefit from additional coverage for your windscreen and the use of a courtesy car whilst your own vehicle is being repaired.
Third Party Fire and Theft
This cover gives you protection against fire and the theft of your own vehicle, but there’s no cover if it’s damaged in an accident and you’re at fault. You’ll also be covered if you injure someone, damage another car or damage property.
This is the minimum cover you can have in order to drive on the road. It basically covers you against claims made against you. If you have an accident that’s your fault, Go Skippy will give you the cover you need for damage to a third party vehicle, injuries to someone else or damage to property. It won’t cover your own car for damage, fire or theft.
