What are the benefits of a Barclays Current Account?
Barclays do not charge a monthly fee for current accounts. You can take advantage of promotional benefits, though, such as home and travel insurance.

The Blue Rewards scheme pays an annual loyalty reward of £84 a year from the current account alone, with additional rewards if you have a Barclays mortgage or home and contents insurance. There is a £3 monthly fee and you have to pay £800 in to your account and have two direct debits paid out each month
Barclays can also help you with an overdraft, although there is a daily fee. As an established high street bank it can take care of all your financial needs, too, from foreign currency exchange to arranging a mortgage.
