Welcome to the Meerkat Toy Collection (the Reward Scheme). The Reward Scheme is operated by BISL Limited a company registered in England with registration number 3231094 and registered office address at Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire PE2 6YS (We, Us, Our). We provide the Reward Scheme for customers who purchase products from Our website located at and who register their purchases with Us on Our website located at (You, Your).

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions of the Reward Scheme (the Terms). The Terms must be read in conjunction with the general terms and conditions of use of the websites located at and (together the Sites) and the privacy policy. By registering with Us in accordance with the procedure set out below, You agree that You have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.


1. Qualifying for a Reward

1.1. To participate in the Reward Scheme You must be resident in the UK and aged 16 years or over.

Rewards are the gifts and other products which are available to be claimed as a free gift (Reward) when You purchase certain specified products listed below through (a Qualifying Purchase).

1.2. If your Qualifying Purchase makes you eligible for Meerkat Movies rewards as well as Meerkat Toy rewards, you may choose either Meerkat Movies membership or a Meerkat Toy. You will not be able to claim both on the same Qualifying Purchase, unless you claim Heroic rewards.

1.2 Qualifying purchases
1.2.1. Cheap car insurance, van, home or pet insurance purchases made through on or after 4th July 2011 . ‘Home' refers to the standard, personal insurance product and excludes landlord insurance.

1.2.2. Life or bike insurance purchases made through on or after the 6th October 2011. If you purchase multiple life insurance policies, or purchase a joint life insurance policy You will only qualify to receive one Reward.

1.2.3. Loans or Credit card applications through which are successfully approved by the provider from 12th January 2012. You are eligible to claim one Reward per approved credit card application only. Within a six month period, you can claim a maximum of two Rewards in total in relation to credit card applications. 

1.2.4 Applications to switch Energy suppliers through which are successfully approved by the supplier from 30th November 2012. Dual fuel switches (gas and electricity at the same time) will only qualify for one Reward. Business energy is excluded.

1.2.5. Landlord insurance purchases made through on or after 30th September 2014.

1.2.6. Broadband, phone & TV applications through which are successfully approved by the supplier from 30th September 2014. Multiple purchases (Broadband, phone & TV packages at the same time) will only qualify for one Reward.

1.3 Non qualifying purchases

Currently the following products are not qualifying purchases made through
1.3.1 Travel insurance;
1.3.2 Business insurance;
1.3.3 Breakdown;
1.3.4 Business Energy;
1.3.5 Mortgages;
1.3.6 Savings;
1.3.7 Current Account;
1.3.8 Health insurance;
1.3.9 Income protection insurance;
1.3.10 Mobile phone and SIM only contract applications. 

1.4. Only products listed above purchased by You through will qualify for a Reward.

1.5. Customers making a Qualifying Purchase through may qualify to receive a Reward subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or amend the list of Qualifying Purchases from time to time. We will give as much notice as We reasonably can when We do this. Any such amendments will be advertised on the Sites. It is Your responsibility to check the current list of Qualifying Purchases before making any purchase.

1.6. You will only be eligible to receive a Reward if the Qualifying Purchase is made (i) via the link on the website, or (ii) by telephone with the product provider only where You inform the product provider that You obtained Your quote for the Qualifying Product on and quote a valid reference number at the time of purchase. Qualifying Purchases made by any other means will not qualify for a Reward. You will only qualify for a Reward where We can verify with the product provider that the Qualifying Purchase has been made.

1.7. You will not be entitled to a Reward for renewing any Qualifying Purchase directly with the product provider. 

1.8. All Rewards are subject to availability and We reserve the right to substitute or remove Rewards at any time. We will give as much notice as We reasonably can when doing this. Any such amendments will be published on the Sites. In the event that an advertised Reward subsequently becomes unavailable We will provide an alternative Reward at Our discretion. There are no cash alternatives available for Rewards.

2. Claiming Your Reward 

2.1. After You have completed Your Qualifying Purchase, to claim Your Reward You must log into Your account or if You do not already have an account You must create one.

2.2 Once You are logged into Your account You can access the Your Reward website page.

2.3 Select the Qualifying Purchase that You have made on the Your Reward website page.

2.4 Select a classic Meerkat Toy reward as Your Reward. You will be able to select your Preferred classic Meerkat Toy (We cannot guarantee You will receive Your preferred option and We reserve the right to substitute Your classic Meerkat Toy reward with another classic Meerkat Toy); and

2.5 Confirm Your details.

2.6 You must claim your toy Rewards within 60 days of the start date of Your Qualifying Purchase, toy Rewards cannot be claimed after this time. If You cancel, reverse or do not complete Your Qualifying Purchases within 30 days You will not be entitled to receive a toy Reward.

2.7. Only the account holder can claim Rewards, We shall not provide Rewards to another individual.

2.8. You can only claim for one Reward per Qualifying Product.

2.9. You must provide Us with all the information We require in order to claim any Rewards.

2.10. Once You have made a Rewards claim, We will acknowledge Your claim by sending an email and provide you with updates on the progress of Your Rewards claim. Claims for toys shall be verified by the relevant provider that a Qualifying Purchase has been made.

2.11. We rely on the accuracy of information provided by the third party providers of products purchased via the website located at to verify Your entitlement to a Reward. We accept no responsibility for any delay, failure, or error by a third party provider in notifying Us that a Qualifying Purchase has taken place. Third party providers will be unable to assist You with any enquiries arising from this Reward Scheme. 3. Receiving Rewards 

3.3. Your toy Reward will be sent out to the UK address specified during the claiming process and within 90 days from either: 
3.3.1. the Qualifying Product's policy or product start date; or 
3.3.2. the date on which You claim Your Reward; or
3.3.3. the date We receive confirmation from the relevant third party product provider that the Qualifying Purchase has been made; whichever is the later.
3.4. Occasionally delivery may be affected by factors beyond Our control and so delivery cannot be guaranteed within the timeframe referred to above.
3.5. Rewards will only be sent to UK addresses.
3.6. Some Rewards will contain specific restrictions as to suitability for use or have associated health and safety information. Any such restrictions or safety warnings will be clearly advertised with the Reward on the website and will be included with the Reward when it is sent to You. It is Your responsibility to read any such restrictions or warnings and ensure that the Reward is suitable for Your intended use.

3.7. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of the Rewards shown on the Sites are an exact reproduction of the appearance and/or colours of the Rewards themselves. Any sizes quoted are approximate.

4. Returning Rewards

4.1. In the unlikely event that You receive a Reward which is faulty please notify Us as soon as possible by following the returns instructions in the Rewards area of and providing us with details of the fault. Faulty Rewards are free to return but please obtain proof of posting. We will send you a replacement Reward within 30 days of the faulty Reward being received by Us, subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee that We will be able to replace the faulty Reward with the same Reward. However, We will endeavour to provide a similar replacement. Please note, we cannot provide you with a cash equivalent refund or any other form of alternative Reward if you are not satisfied with the replacement Reward sent to you.  

4.2. Faulty Rewards must be notified to Us within 30 days of receipt of the Reward by You. We will not replace Rewards where faults arise from normal wear and tear or accidental damage. We are unable to exchange Rewards for any other reason other than the Reward being faulty.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Neither We nor any of Our employees or other representatives will be liable to You for any loss or damage incurred by You arising out of or in connection with Your participation in the Reward Scheme including, without limitation, indirect, or consequential loss or damage, loss of anticipated revenues, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data or damage to reputation resulting from (a) Your inability to register Your Qualifying Purchase or (b) Our failure to deliver a Reward or the Reward of Your choice or (c) the Reward which You have received.
5.2. If Your Reward is faulty we will replace Your Reward in accordance with paragraph 4 above. This will be Our only liability to You for a faulty Reward.
5.3. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or for fraud (including, but not limited to, fraudulent misrepresentation) or for that which cannot lawfully be excluded. 
5.4. Further, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.

6. Use of Data

6.1. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is used properly and is kept securely. We use technical and organisational security measures in order to protect the data We have under Our control against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorised persons.

6.2. A full description of how Your data will be used is set out in our Privacy Policy. By submitting personal information to Us You are consenting to the processing of Your personal information by Us and Our agents in accordance with Our privacy policy.

7. Termination of Rewards Scheme

7.1. We may refuse your request for a Reward and terminate Your registration if at any time We suspect that You have been involved in: 

7.1.1. any abuse or attempted abuse of the Reward Scheme;
7.1.2. any breach or attempted breach of these Terms;
7.1.3. any breach or attempted breach of the general use of website terms and conditions on the Sites; 
7.1.4. any activity which in Our reasonable opinion constitutes misuse or abuse of the Sites;
7.1.5. any fraud or breach of any terms applicable to the Qualifying Purchase.
7.2. We may amend, suspend or terminate the Reward Scheme in its entirety at any time but will give as much notice as We reasonably can before doing so. In the event that the Reward Scheme is terminated, any Qualifying Purchases not registered by the termination date will not qualify for a Reward. You will not be entitled to an alternative if You have made a Qualifying Purchase but failed to register the Qualifying Purchase prior to the termination date.

8. General

8.1. If any provision of these Terms are held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be affected and will remain valid.

8.2. Unless expressly stated in these Terms, nothing in these Terms shall confer any rights on any person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

8.3. Any intellectual property rights existing in and to the Reward Scheme, the Rewards and any character or trading names associated or used in the Reward Scheme or in relation to the Rewards are and shall remain the property of Us or Our group companies at all times.

8.4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

8.5. These Terms will only apply as between Us and You. Unless as otherwise stated in these Terms no other person may benefit or rely upon these Terms and Conditions.

8.6. We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where We do this We shall advertise any such amendments on the website.
