Upon hearing he had secured the role of Travel Advisor, Joe Thompson said

I was extremely happy to get the news that I have won the Compare The Market competition. Not only will it be an amazing trip, it will setup my career as a travel and landscape photographer after Uni and improve my portfolio immensely. I would love to go to South America, specifically Patagonia. I would also like to visit Iceland and Norway, as well as some areas of Asia. The £5,000 will be put to good use at my universities SU, who have done a fantastic job in looking after us during our time at Ravensbourne. Thanks to Compare the Market for this amazing opportunity!

We want to be able to provide valuable, first hand, information on where to go and what to do when travelling, and we can’t think of anyone better to do this for us than Joe. His entry video shows that he has an eye for intriguing and enjoyable content and we look forward to seeing what he gets up to on his adventure and the content he curates for us.”
