We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Analyst Customer Marketing Performance to be the driving force behind our data-driven revolution. Your role is more than just analytics – it's about shaping the future of customer experiences and campaign strategies. As a key player, you'll harness the power of data to develop transformative, data-driven campaign strategies. Dive deep into customer insights, conduct complex data analyses, and leverage your expertise in SQL and Salesforce to optimise CRM initiatives.

This role can be based out of our London or Peterborough offices.

· Strategic Insights: Utilise comprehensive data analysis to shape data-driven campaign strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
· Data Mastery: Conduct intricate data analysis and querying on large datasets, showcasing proficiency in SQL and familiarity with databases like Redshift.
· Optimisation Guru: Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Customer Understanding: Leverage CRM and customer data models to understand behaviours, preferences, and trends for more targeted and effective CRM strategies.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM team, sharing data insights, and collaborating on data-driven approaches for optimal customer engagement.
· Testing Brilliance: Plan and analyse tests across multiple campaigns at scale, ensuring innovative strategies for maximum impact.
· Audience Identification: Identify core audiences for new strategies, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our CRM excellence.
· Technical Prowess: Proficiency in SQL, experience with databases like Redshift, and solid knowledge of CRM and customer data models.
· Analytical Brilliance: Strong analytical skills to dissect large datasets, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights.
· Strategic Mindset: Apply data insights to inform campaign strategies, aligning with broader business objectives.
