This role is Peterborough based and hybrid working, meaning that you will be required to come into the office around 4-6 days a month.

A little about the role
If you have always wanted to be a cyber security professional but have found it difficult to break into the profession, then this is the role for you. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) this entry level role will provide you with the experience of operating across the plethora of information security specialisations, surrounded by a professional, friendly and welcoming team.
No previous experience of cyber security is required but a real self-driven person with a serious passion for cyber is essential. All training will be provided, and the role is designed to be the vital link for regulatory reporting and administrative tasks across the team. Some of the areas you will receive training in, and be responsible for are:
Learning how to book and plan penetration testing with third party vendors
Learning how to manage the administrative elements of our bug-bounty scheme
Learning the governance aspect of third-party due diligence
Co-ordinating Governance meetings for the different InfoSec departments across the business
Taking minutes of meetings, that need to be detailed enough to stand up to internal and external audits
Learning how to coordinate, document and take part in line 1 control checks
Co-ordinate, plan, document and take part in monthly and quarterly reporting to the board
Assist with the administrative elements of renewing and purchasing new tooling, project planning and financial tracking
Ensure that the InfoSec department are tracking to planned spend
Whilst previous experience in any administrative role is advantageous it is not essential. This role will offer all the training you need to learn and succeed in entering the world of cyber security.
