As a Learning and Talent Development Manager for Compare the Market (CtM), you’ll play a pivotal role in owning our Leadership development programme, develop leaders with high performing teams. You’ll own and develop our career development strategy, designing and delivering development interventions which will support the delivery of the learning, talent, and career strategy. You will work closely with Senior HRBP's and Business stakeholders to identify capability needs, designing and delivering blended learning and development interventions across the organisation, and tracking progress to demonstrate added value to CtM. Responsibilities will include…
•    Working with key stakeholders, Senior HRBP’s and Senior Leaders to complete effective needs analysis to define key skill gaps
•    Owning the design, delivery and continuous improvement of CtM’s Learning, Talent and Career propositions to develop business critical capabilities, including Induction and onboarding and Leadership Development Programmes 
•    Designing and delivery of online and digital content including driving a blended learning approach across learning and talent offerings
•    Facilitating internal programmes and workshops
•    Sourcing external suppliers and proactively manage relationships to deliver appropriate interventions.
•    Analysing learning and talent data to drive decisions about the evolution of our proposition
•    Using creative communication channels to engage colleagues and promote internal opportunities to drive mobility and career progression
•    Using and adopt latest practice, methods and thinking to ensure effective and future focused delivery

You’ll ideally have experience in a similar role, demonstrating the following skills and attributes; 
•    Relationship focused: You’ll build deep working relationships with key stakeholders, Senior LT&D, HRBP’s and Senior Leaders to understand their capability needs. You’ll build and manage relationships with external suppliers to deliver appropriate interventions 
•    Curious: You’ll complete effective talent management mapping, needs analysis and define key skill gaps. You’ll use your curious nature to analyse learning and talent data to drive decisions about the direction and evolution of our proposition
•   Technically strong: You’ll design, deliver, and continuously improve a suite of blended learning and talent interventions, either facilitating or working in partnership with our learning partners to deliver appropriate interventions
•    A champion: You’ll use creative communication channels to engage colleagues and promote internal opportunities to drive mobility and career progression.

Key Skills:
•    Expertise and proven ability to design and deliver innovative development & talent interventions, including leadership development programmes
•    Strong facilitator of all types of training delivery
•    Commercially minded and able to speak the language of the business
•    Ability to identify key capability gaps and how to address, including demonstrable ROI
•    A strong, engaging individual with the ability to influence at a Senior Level
•    Proactively uses best practice and insight, keeping up to date with latest trends
