We’d love you to be part of our journey. We are recruiting for a Senior Manager – Compliance Advisory. This individual will Lead a Compliance Advisory Team providing robust regulatory compliance advice and challenge to support the delivery of good customer outcomes and commercial solutions for CtM within the Legal, Risk and Compliance remit.
Operating with autonomy within a fast-paced environment and leading a team of specialist compliance managers to deliver robust compliance advice to ensure CtM remains within its regulatory risk appetite.
You will get the opportunity to apply strong technical Compliance skills and experience and ability to think strategically across a broad range of issues to identify and drive appropriate actions to ensure CtM operates compliantly and minimises the risk of customer harm.
You will also support the embedding of a compliance and conduct aware culture across the business and work to improve the understanding/application of regulatory compliance throughout CtM.

Some of the main responsibilities:
· Provide expert Compliance advice, support and challenge on business activities, projects and strategic deliverables to ensure compliance and customer considerations are integral to decision making. This includes being accountable for the accuracy and completeness of compliance advice provided to the business
· Ensure effective Compliance input into incident management and resolution. Oversee and manage the compliance input on incidents and provide insights on trends and analysis to support the identification of any systemic problems. Including, concluding whether regulatory notification is required and escalating to the Head of Compliance & Conduct.
· Provide subject matter input to regulatory change projects and support the implementation of any relevant changes
· Support Product and Commercial teams in the oversight of third parties involved in the delivery of CtM journeys. This includes oversight of due diligence assessments, attending Compliance focused meetings with third parties, and where relevant providing support with the review of conduct MI and product governance
· Influence and support the business to improve insight into customer outcomes
· Timely production of high-quality reporting and presentations for senior management to provide insight, drive discussion and action
· Operate effective processes and controls in respect of relevant regulatory risks
· Lead and grow the team to ensure they utilise their skills and knowledge and have appropriate objectives and development plans with effective performance management and appraisal processes
· Establish a strong stakeholder network within CtM to drive operational efficiency and collaboration.

• Extensive knowledge of the FCA Regulations and compliance landscape, with specialism in insurance
• Knowledge of ASA, CMA Ofcom & Ofgem rules & regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with Senior management, Executive, external stakeholder (including regulatory bodies)
• Highly collaborative with excellent business partnering and stakeholder management
• Pragmatic and proportionate, balancing commercial objectives and commercial objectives
• Excellent written/presentation skills and ability
• Experience in reporting on compliance and conduct risk to executive/board.
