We have a great opportunity to join Compare the Market (CtM) as a Senior Manager - Third-party Operations & Governance. This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective management and governance of our third-party relationships within our ‘Grow’ team. This role will join our ‘Grow’ team, whose purpose is to find and deliver the next high-growth markets to compliment our core revenue streams.   
Reporting into our Director of Growth and leading and managing a high performing team, this will be a key role in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. By overseeing the entire lifecycle of third-party relationships, this will be crucial in safeguarding our reputation, protecting interests, and driving operational excellence. 
Key responsibilities will include;  
•    Develop, implement and execute a comprehensive third-party management framework (inc. policies, procedures, controls and guidelines). 
•    Establish and maintain effective relationships with third-party partners and manage all aspects of the partner lifecycle. Monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
•    Review and negotiate contracts, securing good terms for CtM (i.e., service level agreements) 
•    Chair and evolve the ‘Grow’ team’s first-line of defence meeting, ensuring good escalation of risks / issues and next steps. 
•    Collaborate with other teams (i.e. Compliance / Risk) to define and communicate requirements and expectations to third-parties. 
•    Stay updated with relevant industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends. 
•    Seek ways to streamline and digitise processes and controls using technology, improving efficiency. 
•    Conduct and support on audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory guidelines, and contractual obligations. 
•    Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of third-party relationships, risks, and performance metrics. 
•    Inspire, manage and develop a customer centric team, designed to understand and improve customer outcomes. 
•    Role model a culture which supports CtM’s purpose and values, including fostering best practice and knowledge sharing, ensuring great customer outcomes

You’ll ideally have experience in a similar role, demonstrating the following skills and attributes;  
•    Proven experience in third-party management, partner management, or a related role 
•    Understanding of relevant governance principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks 
•    Excellent contract negotiation and management skills 
•    Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies 
•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills
