These terms and conditions apply to the £25 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* promotion listed by Compare the Market (powered by Creditec). By completing this form and proceeding to First Direct you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, therefore please read carefully.
The offer is listed by Compare the Market (powered by Creditec) and fulfilled by VoucherSent, a brand of Optimise Media (UK) Ltd. First Direct has no liability in relation to the provision of this offer. The offer is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 years and above who successfully apply for a First Direct current account via this link, not over the phone, webchat, or by direct online purchases, from 1 December 2025 to 4pm on 15 December 2025. Only one Gift Card will be delivered per registered email address.
You must complete the application within the same session without leaving your internet browser, ensure you enable cookies and give consent to cookies before continuing your application on the First Direct website, otherwise your application may not track successfully and you may not be confirmed as eligible. You will be able to claim the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* after 4 February 2026 if you have been accepted for a First Direct current account via Compare the Market (powered by Creditec), and your account has been activated and not closed.
If confirmed eligible, you will receive an email from noreply@vouchersent.com which will contain details of how to claim your Gift Card. Please note emails will be sent to the email address provided when signing up to the offer with VoucherSent. Please ensure that emails from VoucherSent are accepted into your inbox and do not end up in your junk/spam/promotional folder. In the event you have not received your email by 11 February 2026, or if you have any queries regarding this offer, please follow this link to raise a query quoting your First Direct account number, found in your account application documentation. The ability to raise a query for this campaign will be open until 25 February 2026. First Direct, Compare the Market and Creditec are unable to respond to any queries relating to this offer.
You will have 30 days in which to claim your Gift Card from the date you receive your email from VoucherSent. If you do not claim within 30 days of receiving the email you will no longer be eligible to receive the £25 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. Upon receipt of email from VoucherSent you will need to follow the clear instructions set out in the email to claim the Gift Card.
This offer does not affect your eligibility for the £175 Switcher provided by First Direct.
Gift Cards should be treated like cash and kept securely. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
This offer ends at 4pm on 15 December 2025, however Compare the Market (powered by Creditec) or VoucherSent holds the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time or if they believe that the terms of the offer are being abused in any way.
