Compare the Market’s Board of Directors is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. This supports responsible decision-making, accountability and long-term success. Our governance structures provide clear oversight across the business and ensure accountability to customers, colleagues, shareholders and wider stakeholders.
Our governance framework is overseen by a majority independent Board and supported by well-established committees. Together, they provide effective oversight and challenge across the business, drawing on a broad range of skills and experience.
The Chair is responsible for leading the Board and making sure it operates effectively. The Chief Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and delivering the company’s strategy.
