13.1. Availability and Channels
Exclusive Availability: This specific tariff is an exclusive product and is strictly only available to customers initiating their contract directly with E.ON Next or through the Compare the Market (CTM) platform.
Third-Party Restrictions: You cannot switch to this tariff via any other third-party comparison services, brokers, or external platforms.
13.2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to join and remain on this tariff, you must meet all of the following criteria at the point of application:
Account and Communication Management: You must register an account with us. While our service is designed around electronic communications, you may manage your account online or by contacting our customer service teams by phone.
Payment Method: You must pay your energy charges via a fixed monthly Direct Debit.
Metering Requirements: You must have a Smart Meter installed at your property, or explicitly agree to the installation of a Smart Meter within 90 calendar days of your tariff start date.
Credit Status: You must successfully pass our standard credit check process. This tariff is not available to customers on classic prepayment meters or smart meters operating in pay-as-you-go/prepayment mode.
13.3. Closing Date
Tariff Window: This tariff is a limited-time product. Applications must be fully submitted either directly to E.ON Next or through Compare the Market on or before the closing date of 16th October 2026.
Right to Withdraw: E.ON Next reserves the right to withdraw or close this tariff to new applicants earlier than the stated closing date without prior notice, subject to regulatory guidelines.
13.4. Restrictions and Limitations
Loss of Eligibility: If you fail to maintain a valid Direct Debit arrangement, fail to provide access for a Smart Meter installation within the required 90 days, or opt out of online account management, you will be deemed ineligible for this product.
Default Consequences: In the event that you breach these specific tariff constraints, E.ON Next reserves the right to transfer your account to our Standard Variable Tariff (SVT). Please note that rates on our SVT may be more expensive than this exclusive tariff.
