These terms and conditions apply to the Lifestyle Gift Card offer (the “Offer”) and by making a claim for the Lifestyle Gift Card you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, therefore, please read carefully.
The Offer is being provided by Compare the Market, which is a trading name of Compare The Market Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 10636682, whose registered office is at Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough PE2 6YS. (Compare the Market are the “Promoter”).
The offer is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 years and above who are accepted for an Admiral Financial Services loan of £7,500 or above via Compare the Market only, not over the phone, webchat, or by direct online purchases, from 12:00 (UK time) on 2 February 2026 to 11:59 (UK time) on 16 February 2026.
Customers will be entitled to claim the £25 Lifestyle Gift Card following the successful application for an Admiral Financial Services loan of £7,500 or above, you have been accepted for an Admiral Financial Services loan via Compare the Market, your account has been activated and not been cancelled or repaid within the 14-day cooling off period. You must complete the Admiral Financial Services loan application within the same session without leaving your internet browser. Only customers who complete directly on the Compare the Market affiliated Admiral Financial Services link will be eligible to receive this Offer. Each eligible customer will receive an email by Saturday 16 May 2026. Only one Gift Card will be delivered per Admiral Financial Services loan.
If confirmed eligible, you will receive an email from evoucher@txns.motivates.co.uk which will contain details of how to claim your £25 Lifestyle Gift Card. Please note emails will be sent to the email address provided to Compare the Market when completing your personal loan enquiry. Please ensure that emails from Motivates are accepted into your inbox and do not end up in your junk/spam/promotional folder. In the event you have not received your email by Saturday 16 May 2026, or if you have any queries regarding the Offer, please contact Compare the Market directly at support@comparethemarket.com. The ability to raise a query for this campaign will be open until Tuesday 16 June 2026. Admiral Financial Services or Motivates are unable to respond to any queries relating to the Offer.
You will have 30 days in which to claim your £25 Lifestyle Gift Card from the date you receive your email from Motivates Inc. Ltd who manage the provision of the Lifestyle Gift Card on behalf of the Promoter. If you do not claim within 30 days of receiving the email you will no longer be eligible to receive the £25 Lifestyle Gift Card. The Lifestyle Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Upon receipt of email from Motivates you will need to follow the clear instructions set out in the email to claim the Gift Card.
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, cancel, or amend this offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time before you have accepted them, including (but not limited to) terminating the Offer at any time.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Lifestyle Gift Cards are subject to availability. The Promoter may change the participating retailers at any time and at its sole discretion. Lifestyle Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash or alternative value. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs incurred in connection with the use of a Lifestyle Gift Card.
To enable you to claim the Lifestyle Gift Card, and Motivates Inc. Ltd. to send it out to you, the Promoter will need to share your data with them.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
