Bez is an accomplished leader with two decades of experience in investment banking and in technology businesses.
As Group Chief Financial Officer, Bez’s responsibilities include Finance, Strategy/M&A and Procurement/Third Party Management.
Bez joined the Group in 2020 as CFO of the Compare the Market division and also spent a year as Group Strategy Director prior to his appointment as Group Chief Financial Officer in September 2023.
Before joining Compare the Market, Bez spent 15 years at JP Morgan in London, advising leading UK consumer-focused businesses on M&A and capital raising. Bez began his career as a software engineer at MetaSwitch (now part of Microsoft).
Bez holds a First-Class MA (Hons) in Mathematics from Pembroke College, University of Cambridge.
