Duncan was appointed to the Board of Compare the Market Limited and as Chair of the Board Risk Committee in January 2024.
Duncan is the CEO at Auction Technology Group plc (LON: ATG), the operator of world-leading secondary-goods marketplaces and proprietary auction platform technology across two major markets: Industrial & Commercial, and Arts & Antiques.
Until May 2026, Duncan was the CEO of Flywheel Digital, the eCommerce business of Omnicom, a cloud-based digital commerce platform acquired by Omnicom from Ascential Plc in 2024. He previously held the CEO role at Ascential plc for 12 years.
Prior to this, Duncan was a Managing Director at Sky plc and Global Product Leader for Experian plc. He was also the founder and CEO of consumer intelligence company ClarityBlue and European Systems Integration Director for Hitachi Data Systems.
Duncan is heavily involved in The King’s Trust charity (formerly known as The Prince’s Trust), which helps young people from disadvantaged communities get their lives on track.
