Will you switch me automatically?
No - whether you switch or not is up to you. When we find a better energy deal we will send you an alert and give you the option to switch.
Can I only set up energy savings alerts on the website?
No - you can set up energy savings alerts and compare energy prices in the Meerkat app. Download it today from the App Store or Google Play Store
How will you notify me when you find me a better deal?
We will send you an email no more than once a month to either let you know we have found you a better deal or that you are still on the best tariff.
How do you decide what deals to send me?
You decide what kind of tariffs you want to hear about - we give you the option to only hear about tariffs of certain types, suppliers with a specific rating, payment frequency and amount you want to save. You can even choose gas, electricity of duel fuel.
