To find out, we've evaluated the UK's most populated towns and cities based on some of the elements that are most important to young adults.
The UK’s youngest city
Manchester came out on top for the percentage of young adults making up the population, at 38.57%.

The east of England was the highest scoring region in a survey into mental wellbeing, with average scores hitting 25.5/35.

In a recent Ofcom study, Reading came out on top with the highest percentage of 4G coverage in the city at 93.95%.

Plymouth came out on top of the nightlife venues, with a massive 27 venues per 10,000 young adults
