Can I cancel a policy with Diamond?
You can cancel your policy at any time with Diamond, but you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your policy between the date of purchase and up to 14 days after the start of the policy, you’ll need to pay £25. This applies even if you cancel before your cover begins.
If you cancel after the 14-day cooling off period, the fee goes up to £60 plus there’s a charge for the time you were covered.
If you’ve already made a claim in this time, you’ll be charged a full year’s premium.
