Parking Fines: The top hotspots revealed!

We issued Freedom of Information requests to every council in the UK to find out just how many parking fines had been distributed across the country within a three month period*

Putting our findings to the test, we took to the streets to see just how quickly officials were likely to issue the dreaded fine to a car with an expired ticket. Through the lens of an undercover camera, which city will issue a parking ticket first – London, Birmingham or Liverpool?
